Using of this Website and/or our services constitutes your agreement to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these, the use of this website or our services will not be feasible.
You acknowledge and agree that you must be of legal age to purchase any of our products or services available on this Website or otherwise.
By submitting an order and/or payment, you are acknowledging that you have read and understood these terms and conditions while also agreeing to be legally bound by these terms and conditions, which form the entire agreement between You and eCatalyst.
DEFININING ‘TERMS’
“Website” means all online content on eCatalystpro.com website pages. You will be therein referred as “Customer,” and “Yours” would be referred any other person submitting an order to eCatalyst on your behalf.
“Company,” means “We,” and “Our” refers to ‘eCatalyst’ (eCatalystpro.com), a company registered under the laws.
“Product” means and refers to all services and products provided by eCatalyst to Customer in accordance with his/her Order. “Order” means via phone or e-mail (info@ecatalystpro.com) made by Customer to purchase services with eCatalyst.
OUR SERVICES
By submitting the Order and/or payment, You are purchasing the Service for Your use only. All Books are drafted by freelance writers who abide by the fact that all rights and ownership regarding the Content are reserved by the Company. It is Your obligation to read these Terms and Conditions before submitting any Order and/or payment to eCatalyst.
SERVICE CONTRACTS
All service contracts are bound to 6 months (effective December 2022). All contracts (NDA) are drafted by eCatalyst, signed, by all parties, and submitted via electronic mail and will be considered legal. NDA will be provided once you’ve agreed to proceed with work on your content with us and after the signed NDA is received; we will share the questionnaire with you to know and preserve the knowledge of your Content/Manuscript requirements.
REFUND POLICY
It is important that you read and fully understand the refund policy in order to have full knowledge of the privileges and limitations governed by the eCatalyst Policy.
We offer refunds only in special cases and specified conditions, detailed as under:
CHANGE OF MIND:
• The customer is entitled to 100% refund of your advance within 24 hours of signing up with eCatalyst.
• If (for any reason) you change your mind and decide against continuing your project with us after 24 hours of placing your order and signing the NDA, customers are not entitled to claim a refund.
more than 40% of the project deliverables being submitted; will qualify you only for a partial refund after being reviewed by the Accounts at eCatalyst.
RESERVATIONS AFTER DELIVERY:
• We are committed to provide our customers with 100% satisfaction and offer unlimited revisions to ensure that the delivery is up to the mark. We assign, re-assign and re-write your work to ensure your satisfaction exclusive of any margin of refund. We believe in ‘returning customers’ and not ‘refunding’ customers. Hence, the policy of consistent consultation and exchange of thoughts during your book editing and design is exercised at eCatalyst.
If you are not satisfied with our services despite several revisions, and you have paid complete fee upfront; you will be entitled to 50% refund but a processing fee of 15% will be charged on the (refund) payment. In case you have only paid 50% advance; but are not satisfied with the final product, you will not be entitled to any refund but we will waive your remaining 50% and bear the service costs of our writers from eCatalyst account.
LATE DELIVERY:
• We believe in “On Time Delivery”. This is why we set practical deadlines and prioritize projects in light of Your requisite.
But if, for any reason we fail to deliver the desired service on time, your refund will be processed once established through documentary evidence that the late delivery was the company’s fault.
• The company will not be responsible for any delay from the client’s end. No penalty will be charged in case of delay from the client’s end.
